What is H.264?
Also called: AVC, MPEG-4 AVC
Definition
H.264 is the most widely supported video codec: nearly every browser, phone, computer and video site can play it.
That compatibility is why it remains the default for sharing video. Newer codecs such as HEVC and AV1 make smaller files at the same quality but are not accepted everywhere.
In Sceed
Sceed exports H.264 in an MP4, so the file plays anywhere without conversion.
