What is rendering?
Also called: export, encoding a video
Definition
Rendering is producing the final video file from an edit: drawing every frame with its effects and encoding the result.
While editing, the preview is drawn live. Exporting renders each frame at full quality and passes it to a video encoder, which compresses it into a file.
When the preview and the export use different drawing code, they can disagree. Editors that share one renderer for both avoid surprises.
In Sceed
Sceed uses the same renderer for the preview and the export, and encodes on the graphics card.
