What is a callout?
Definition
A callout is a label attached to part of the screen, usually an outline round the region with a short piece of text, that tells viewers what to look at.
Callouts do the job of a pointing finger. They are used to name a control, mark a result, or number the steps of a process on screen.
In Sceed
Callouts and tooltips in Sceed are region effects: drag the box on the preview, type the label, and the block on the timeline sets when it shows.
