What is a teleprompter?
Also called: prompter, autocue
Definition
A teleprompter shows your script on screen while you record, so you can read it while appearing to speak naturally.
For screen recordings, a software teleprompter floats a window of text on top of everything else. The important part is that the recorder leaves that window out of the video.
Notes work better than full sentences. A list of steps keeps you on track without making you sound like you are reading.
In Sceed
Sceed has a teleprompter window that stays on top and is excluded from the recording.
