Webcam and camera looks
You, wherever you look best. The webcam is a layer, so its look can change from one part of the video to the next.
Sceed records the webcam as its own layer alongside the screen. In the editor it can be a bubble in any corner, a pane beside or under the screen, or full screen, and the look can change from one part of the video to the next with a transition between.
A layer, not a sticker
Because the camera is separate from the screen recording, nothing is fixed at record time. Drag the bubble on the preview, resize it, change its shape, or leave it out of a section.
Layouts
Bubble. A circle, a rounded card or a pill in any corner.
Side by side. The camera in its own pane beside or under the screen. The recording is scaled as a whole to make room.
Full screen (Pro). For a hello and a goodbye.
One-click looks (Pro). Hero card, polaroid, neon, presenter, mono, warm and more.
It gets out of the way
The bubble steps aside when the cursor comes near and can hide while the picture is zoomed in, so it never covers what you are pointing at.
Before you record
The recorder shows a live preview with a mirror switch, so you can frame yourself first.
Questions
Which camera layouts are free?
The bubble and side by side. One-click looks and full screen need Pro.
Can I move the camera after recording?
Yes. Position, size, shape and look can all be changed in the editor.
Can I turn the camera off for part of the video?
Yes. The camera can be shown for some parts of the video and hidden for others.
